Each enterprise we acquire is elevated to the standard of the whole — in clinical quality, in environmental stewardship, and in the dignity afforded to patients and people alike. A formal ESG report will be published in step with the Group’s maturation toward a public-market listing, aligning disclosure with recognised reporting standards.
