Biography
Damian Green is Director of the Social Care Foundation, which seeks to inform and publicise the challenges facing the care sector, and runs a strategic advice company. Between 1997 and 2024 he was Member of Parliament for Ashford, and served as First Secretary of State — the de facto Deputy Prime Minister — bringing unmatched insight into the social-care policy landscape.
